Workplace Wellness Programs
Structured on-site programs combining movement, nutrition, recovery and education, scoped to your workforce and delivered as a one-off, recurring or ongoing service.

LXW helps organisations understand and improve the factors that influence employee wellbeing, energy, movement, recovery and performance.
Fatigue, stress, physical discomfort, poor recovery and low engagement with health may influence energy, engagement, attendance, team participation, culture and sustainable performance.
Which of those factors are actually relevant differs from one organisation to the next — and often from one team to the next inside the same business. So LXW does not assume. We work with each organisation to determine which issues are present, which are worth addressing first, and which sit outside our scope.

We do not begin with a pre-packaged program. We begin with a discovery conversation — a structured discussion about your business, your people and what you are working towards.
Depending on what is relevant to your organisation, that conversation may cover:
Tell us about your workplace, your people and the outcomes you are working towards.
Four connected areas of expertise, not four separate businesses. We combine them according to what your organisation actually needs.

Workplace movement, mobility, strength, posture and physical capability — including injury prevention support and movement education. Delivered by qualified coaches and scaled so every person in the room can take part.

Practical nutrition coaching and workplace nutrition education covering energy management, healthy eating habits and, where appropriate, sports and performance nutrition. Applicable to shift work, long hours and travel.

Mobility, physical recovery, stress management, recovery education and fatigue management — supporting employees to restore physical and mental energy across demanding roles and rosters.

Movement, nutrition, recovery and behaviour integrated to support sustainable human performance. This is where the pillars stop being separate services and start working as one system.
LXW designs and delivers workplace wellness and human performance solutions — then evaluates and develops them over time. We identify the opportunities relevant to your organisation and recommend a solution built around your people, your environment and your objectives.

Delivered as one-off experiences, recurring programs, ongoing services or a customised combination. Which services apply is determined after discovery — not before.
Structured on-site programs combining movement, nutrition, recovery and education, scoped to your workforce and delivered as a one-off, recurring or ongoing service.
Coach-led movement, mobility, posture and physical capability sessions for desk-based, standing and physically demanding roles.
Practical nutrition coaching and workplace education focused on energy through the working day, shift patterns, travel and sustainable habits.
Guided recovery, mobility, breathing and stress-management sessions that support employees to restore physical and mental energy.
Integrated programs bringing movement, nutrition, recovery and behaviour together to support sustainable human performance across teams.
Physiotherapy and allied health access where appropriate, so movement concerns can be assessed within professional scope of practice.
One-to-one and small-group coaching for employees and leaders, covering health behaviour, movement, nutrition and performance.
These are service categories, not an automatic inclusion list. LXW recommends the components relevant to your people, environment and objectives, and confirms scope of practice for any allied health involvement.

Founder & Wellness Director
Khalil brings experience across health coaching, nutrition, movement, strength and conditioning, wellness and human performance. His approach is to understand the people, environment and objectives before recommending a workplace solution.
Co-Founder & Fitness Director
Noah brings extensive hands-on experience across fitness, coaching, movement and physical performance. Together, the founders have built LXW around practical delivery rather than theory alone — combining professional coaching standards with an experience employees actually want to participate in.
Where agreed in advance, LXW provides a report summarising participation, feedback, engagement and progress against the objectives set during discovery.
Measurement should reflect what matters to your organisation. We agree the indicators with you rather than applying a fixed template, and we report what the data actually supports.

These spaces are reserved for LXW’s own client logos, participation figures, workplace photography, employee feedback, reporting examples and case studies — added as each engagement completes and with client permission.
