Our approach

Before we recommend a solution, we understand your workplace.

LXW is discovery-led. We take the time to understand your business, your workforce and your objectives before proposing anything — because the right solution depends entirely on the right understanding.

Stage one — Discovery

A structured conversation, not a sales call.

A discovery conversation gives us the context we need to understand your organisation before recommending anything. It is a discussion between people who understand health and performance and the people who understand your business.

Depending on relevance, we cover:

  • Business objectives
  • Workforce structure and demographics
  • Current wellbeing priorities
  • Employee challenges
  • Physical and mental work demands
  • Existing initiatives
  • Participation barriers
  • Leadership priorities
  • Team culture
  • Operational constraints
  • Facilities and delivery requirements
  • Desired outcomes and measures

Your information helps us prepare for a more relevant conversation. It does not commit your organisation to a program.

Stage two — Tailored design

The right solution starts with the right understanding.

From discovery, LXW identifies the relevant opportunities and recommends a solution based on your people, your environment and your objectives.

Depending on what discovery surfaces, a recommendation may draw on any of the following components:

  • Movement
  • Nutrition
  • Recovery
  • Performance
  • Health coaching
  • Workplace education
  • Physiotherapy access where appropriate
  • Team sessions
  • Leadership wellbeing
  • Ongoing workplace programs

These are not automatic inclusions. Nothing is recommended simply because LXW offers it, and any allied health involvement is confirmed within professional scope of practice. The result is not a generic wellness package — it is a practical workplace solution built around the needs of your organisation.

How LXW works

Five stages, from first conversation to reporting.

A clear, professional process. You always know what happens next and what LXW needs from you.

01

Discover

Understand the business, workforce, challenges and objectives.

02

Assess

Identify relevant wellbeing and performance opportunities.

03

Design

Recommend a tailored solution aligned with the organisation.

04

Deliver

Provide the appropriate professionals, structure and workplace delivery.

05

Report & Develop

Provide agreed insights and recommendations for next steps.

From delivery to insight

Your initiative should create insight, not just activity.

Where agreed in advance, LXW provides a report summarising participation, feedback, engagement and progress against the objectives set during discovery.

  • Participation and attendance
  • Employee engagement
  • Session feedback
  • Common themes raised
  • Employee-reported outcomes
  • Areas of interest or concern
  • Progress against agreed objectives
  • Recommendations for future initiatives

Measurement should reflect what matters to your organisation. We agree the indicators with you rather than applying a fixed template, and we report what the data actually supports.

The proposal stage

Where appropriate, a tailored recommendation.

Where appropriate, LXW will prepare a tailored recommendation or proposal based on the discovery conversation. Not every conversation needs one — sometimes the useful outcome is simply a clearer picture of your own priorities.

  • A summary of the priorities you stated
  • The opportunities we identified
  • Recommended services and delivery format
  • Indicative timeframe
  • Relevant measures and reporting approach
  • Clear next steps

Practicalities

The questions decision-makers ask first.

Do we need to know what we want before we contact you?
No. Most organisations come to us with a general sense that something would help their people, not a defined brief. The discovery conversation exists to work out what is actually relevant before anything is recommended.
Does a discovery conversation commit us to anything?
No. It is a discussion about your workplace and your objectives. Where appropriate, LXW will follow it with a tailored recommendation or proposal — but there is no obligation to proceed.
What do you need from us to deliver on site?
A suitable space, a nominated contact, an approximate headcount and access on the day. LXW provides the professionals, equipment, structure and run sheet.
Can you work around shifts, rosters and multiple sites?
Yes. Delivery is designed around your operating pattern — rotating groups, staggered sessions and multi-site scheduling are all normal considerations at the design stage.
Do employees need to be fit or change clothes?
No. Sessions are scaled so people can participate at their own level, and in normal work clothing where required. Participation barriers are something we specifically ask about during discovery.
How is success measured?
By indicators agreed with you in advance — typically participation, feedback, engagement and progress against the objectives set at discovery. We report what the data supports and do not claim outcomes beyond it.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, workforce size, delivery format and frequency. After a discovery conversation LXW provides clear pricing against a defined recommendation rather than a generic rate card.
